What is The Phoenix Collective?
A new online social community of amazing women looking to support each other through the challenges facing modern day women. No cost, no commitment.
How do I join?
There are two ways to join the community:
1. The easiest and quickest way to join is by invitation from an existing member.
2. Without an invitation, you can click on the 'Request to join' button above. This will take you into a screening queue for admin approval.
Who is this for?
- Women who support other women
- Women who care about community, personal growth and equality
- Women who have battled with menopause, menstruation or perinatal health issues
- Women whose careers are, or have been, affected by those health issues - anyone that’s taken a day off with period pain or struggled with perimenopausal brain fog
- Women who are trying to navigate what a career looks like after having a baby
- Women who have careers yet still find themselves as the primary carer for their family
- Women who struggle(d) with the mental load and the toll of unpaid labour
- Women who are looking for a place to feel seen, heard and supported
- Women who, still in 2025, feel the weight of systemic inequality preventing them from thriving
- Women that want to help other women to succeed
- Eligibility criteria: Working age women, over 18, living in the UK

Why should I join?

- To give back to other other women and pave the way for our daughters to thrive in a more empathetic and inclusive world
The community has three main goals. They are, in order of priority and chronology:
- To provide a confidential and supportive space for women to seek and give advice on issues regularly facing women in modern day life
- To bring in occasional guest experts to discuss certain topics, offer advice and provide additional value
- To be a collective voice for raising awareness, driving any societal change we may wish to see
Community rules
Welcome to The Phoenix Collective. This short list of simple rules are designed to make this community a safe and supportive environment, full of trust and vulnerability.
Anyone found to be breaking any of these rules will be removed from the community.
1. Empathy first
Post and comment from a place of empathy and assume others have done the same. It is easy to misconstrue written words and misinterpret intention. Always assume the intention is empathetic.
2. Respectful
Please ensure communication is respectful at all times. No insulting, demeaning, insulting or harassing language will be acceptable. Suggestions should be constructive and aimed at helping and improving, rather than disparaging others.
3. Judgement free
This community is a safe space where members can share their experiences and concerns without fear of judgement. A place to embrace openness, vulnerability and transparency without fear of criticism or negative assumptions.
4. Confidentiality and privacy
Everything posted within the community remains confidential and should not be shared outside of the community. Without the ability to post anonymously on this platform, trust, openness and authenticity are paramount for the community's success.
5. No selling or advertising
If requested, genuine recommendations are encouraged. If recommending a person or business please also state your relationship to / experience with them.
6. Keep it relevant
We don't want to be prescriptive about what topics can be discussed, but please make sure all posts are relevant and pertinent for working age women. Remember we are geographically spread, at different stages of life, from different walks of life. Womanhood is our commonality.
